Virgin Media (VirginMedia.com) has unveiled a 2 months free offer on its super-fast up to 50Mbps fibre optic broadband service.
Known as the Virgin Broadband XXL, the package also includes unlimited downloads (subject to a fair usage policy), a free super-fast wireless router, unlimited online storage, free internet security and unlimited weekend UK landline calls.
A Virgin Media phone line is required at £11 a month, but there’s no need for a BT line.
Normally £28 a month, new customers ordering the 50Mbps Virgin Broadband deal will receive the 2 months free via a credit applied to their bill.

Virgin Media (virginmedia.com/2months) has announced the launch of a 2 months free broadband, phone and digital TV incentive that can be used in conjunction with its free installation offer.
The incentive applies to all online orders of Virgin Media bundles containing broadband, phone & TV that cost £19.50 per month or higher.

Virgin Media Cut 50Mbps Broadband Deal To £18
Virgin Media (VirginMedia.com) has cut the price of its 50Mbps broadband deal to just £18 a month.
Previously £35 per month, customers switching to Virgin Media can now order the super-fast 50Mbps unlimited broadband package for just £18 a month for the first 3 months followed by £28 per month after.
The package includes a free wireless ‘N’ router and wireless ‘N’ adaptor worth £100 together with free PC guard total security (worth £50).
New customers switching to Virgin Media for this package will also benefit from free installation from a Virgin Media engineer (saving £30).
Free weekend local and national phone calls to UK landlines are also included with the Virgin Media telephone line rental (£11.25 a month) required with this package. There’s no need for a BT phone line.
For those readers who do not wish to have a Virgin Media telephone line, there’s the option of ordering Virgin’s 50Mbps broadband on its own from just £33 a month.

Virgin Media has announced the launch of a 6 months HALF PRICE broadband deal for new customers ordering online at VirginMedia.com by the 22nd of January 2023. The deal applies to its M350 broadband only package which provides average download speeds of 362Mbps.
The 6 months HALF PRICE broadband deal means new customers switching to Virgin Media can enjoy superfast fibre speeds of 362Mbps for just £15 a month for the first 6 months, followed by £30 a month thereafter.

Virgin Media has put in place a free broadband installation incentive to aid new customers switching to its fibre optic broadband service.

To qualify, customers have the choice of ordering any broadband only package, any broadband and phone deal or any broadband, phone and TV bundle.
Virgin Media’s broadband only packages start from £15 a month for unlimited 10Mbps broadband speeds, while their broadband and phone deals start from just £5 a month and include unlimited UK weekend landline phone calls.
A free wireless router and PC Guard security is included as standard together with useful V Stuff extras like online storage and back up.
Customers ordering a broadband, phone and TV bundle from £14 a month will also get a £20 credit added to their first bill.

Virgin Media In National Broadband Speed Promise
Virgin Media (www.virginmedia.com) has unveiled a new National Broadband Best Speed Promise to coincide with the upgrade of its national broadband packages.
The Best Speed Promise aims to guarantee new customers clear information on their likely broadband speed whilst also removing any unrealistic marketing speed claims.
It comes following a recent report from regualator Ofcom that found that many consumers are being promised broadband speeds by their supplier that their lines cannot support.
The Chief Executive Officer of Virgin Media, Neil Berkett said, “Many consumers are confused by speed claims that are, at best, misleading and, at worst, disingenuous. I hope our National Broadband Speed Promise will help people choose the product that’s right for them and set a new standard of transparency for the whole industry”.
Graeme Oxby, MD for National broadband at Virgin Media also commented by saying, “Our new speed promise demonstrates we are putting our money where our mouth is”.
Oxby continued, “We’ve upgraded our National broadband service with the latest superfast technology, meaning our customers can now benefit from faster speeds at no extra cost and with the launch of our phone-line service, we’re able to save customers even more money on bundled services”.
Virgin National Broadband packages are available to homes that are outside Virgin Media’s fibre optic broadband network. They use the latest ADSL 2+ technology to deliver broadband speeds now up to 20Mbps.
Prices start from just £5 a month for a bundled Virgin broadband and weekend phone call service that includes a free wireless router kit, PCguard security featuring Kaspersky AntiVirus protection, backup and storage space, plus up to 100 free photo prints per month courtesy of the V Stuff service.
Customers ordering Virgin national broadband will also be able to take advantage of a special Virgin mobile broadband offer of just £5 per month for 1GB of monthly downloads and speeds up to 1.8Mbps.
