TalkTalk Enhancing Customer Experience With Industry-Leading Initiatives
Following the launch of its ‘EVEN BIGGER’ Broadband SALE with prices starting at £23.50 a month at the talktalk.co.uk website, TalkTalk has revealed a range of industry-leading initiatives that are helping enhance the experience and service for its customers.
Having listened to its customers, TalkTalk has committed millions of pounds to product and service improvements, resulting in initiatives like Fixed Low Price Plans, Customer Interaction, plus Leading Security features like CallSafe and TalkSafe.
TalkTalk’s Industry-Leading Initiatives
Take a closer look below at some of TalkTalk’s industry-leading initiatives:
1. Fixed Low Price Broadband Plans
With mid-contract broadband and line rental price rises affecting many households, TalkTalk’s Fixed Low Price Broadband & Line Rental Plans, starting from just £23.50 a month, give customers the chance to fix their price for up to 18 months.
This has proved to be a very popular initiative, with over 1.6 million TalkTalk customers now fixing their prices and enjoying peace of mind for the duration of their contract with TalkTalk.
2. Customer Interaction & Service
With people using technology in many different ways, TalkTalk has enhanced the ways its customers can interact with its support teams and also moved its call centres out of India.
Customers no longer have to wait on hold for a response thanks to the company integrating messaging into the MyTalkTalk app and enabling customers to contact support teams via SMS.
In addition to the above, TalkTalk customers can now run their own broadband health check online (known as Digital Repair), as opposed to waiting on the phone for a member of the support team.
Leading Security
With security so important, TalkTalk is currently the only provider to offer a range of industry-leading Privacy Features that are free of charge.
The Privacy Features include award-winning online protection for devices in the home with SuperSafe Boost and the ability to filter unwanted phone calls with CallSafe. A further security feature, TalkSafe, uses customers’ voices as their password. This has helped reduce customer verification times by 80% to just 12 seconds.
