Sky Broadband Free For 3 Months, No Sky TV Required

Sky (sky.com/broadband) is offering its 20Mbps unlimited broadband package free of charge for 3 months to new customers who do not wish join Sky TV.
The incentive applies when new customers take Sky telephone line rental at £11.25 a month and includes free evening and weekend phone calls to UK landlines – courtesy of Sky Talk Freetime.
The Sky Broadband Unlimited package provides up to 20Mbps download speeds together with an unlimited monthly download usage allowance.
The Sky wireless router worth £50 is included, together with around the clock technical support and a 12 month free trial of the McAfee Internet Security Suite.

After the first 3 months, the price reverts to £10 a month, plus the £11.25 Sky phone line rental charge.

Plusnet Broadband & Anytime Calls Free For 3 Months

Plusnet (www.plus.net) has unveiled a market leading 3 months free offer on its broadband and anytime calls package.
New customers ordering the package online will only need to pay Plusnet telephone line rental of £11.99 a month for the first 3 months.
From month 4 onwards, an additonal fee of £9.99 a month will be required for the broadband and calls, which features broadband download speeds up to 20Mbps, a 10GB usage allowance and a free wireless router.
The anytime phone calls plan covers all telephone calls to UK landlines and 0845 and 0870 numbers, while there’s also 25% off the cost of phone calls to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
The ISP’s new 3 months free offer is also available on Plusnet Broadband only packages and the company’s broadband plus evening and weekend phone call plans.
New customers will need to order online at the www.plus.net website before the 3rd February 2011 in to qualify for the 3 months free offer.

Orange Price Promise For New Broadband Customers

Orange (www.orange.co.uk/broadband) has today launched an innovative Price Promise for new customers signing up to one of its Home Broadband and phone call packages.
The move sees the company commit to a unique Price Promise where customers will get the cost of their monthly Orange Broadband and Calls package automatically reduced should Orange offer their package at a lower rate in the future.
New customers signing up to the EE Home Broadband and offpeak calls package can currently receive their first 3 months free, followed by just £7.50 a month – provided they are an existing Orange mobile phone customer.
New customers who are not existing Orange mobile customers need only pay £12.50 a month for the broadband and calls package which offers speeds up to 20Mb, plus unlimited evening and weekend phone calls to UK landlines.
Commenting on the Price Promise launch, Orange’s Vice President of Home Broadband, Bruno Duarte, said: “We realise that times are financially hard for many and that several of our rivals are actually increasing the price of their service this New Year”.
Duarte continued: “We want to reassure our customers that we’ll do all we can to maintain our best value offers, and what better way than with a price commitment that really does show we mean it”.

Virgin Media £50 Credit On Broadband Bundles To End

Virgin Media (www.virginmedia.com/bundles) is set to end its offer of a £50 bill credit for new customers who order online a Virgin Broadband, TV and phone call bundle.
The incentive, which ends at midnight on Wednesday the 5th January, can also be used in conjunction with Virgin Media’s 6 months half price online offer and free installation offer – both of which are currently available on many of its bundle packages at the www.virginmedia.com website.
New customers need only pay £9.50 per month for the first 6 months (£19.25 a month after) for Virgin Media’s entry level broadband, TV and phone call bundle.
This bundle, when taken with Virgin Media phone line rental at £12.24 a month, provides up to 10Mbps broadband speeds, 65 digital TV channels including Sky1, LIVING and Discovery, the V HD box, plus unlimited weekend calls to UK landlines and Virgin mobiles.
The TV service includes free ‘Catch Up TV’ which enables viewers to catch up on the last 7 days’ TV, with BBC iPlayer, 4 On Demand and ITV Net Player.

There’s also a massive choice of films, shows and music videos available to watch on demand, while the V HD box can be activated for HD viewing whenever a customer likes.

Vodafone iPad SIM Offers Mobile Broadband For £10

Vodafone (vodafone.co.uk/iPad) is offering iPad 3G users its iPad SIM card (MicroSIM) for just £10 a month.

Available on a short, flexible one month contract, Vodafone’s £10 a month tariff has a 1GB data allowance and provides iPad users with access to Vodafone’s 3G mobile broadband network which offers download speeds up to 7.2Mbps.
New customers will also get 1GB of free data to use whenever they’re in one of BT Openzone’s 3,000 strong UK Wi-Fi hotspots.
Vodafone’s iPad SIM is also available to buy with a higher 3GB and 5GB monthly data allowance, with prices currently set at £15 and £25 a month respectively.

According to the Vodafone website, the 5GB data allowance enables users to browse the Internet for 150 hours, send 3,250 emails, download 300 music tracks and watch 150 short video clips per month.
Vodafone offers free delivery on all online orders together with a 7 day returns policy. Orders placed are expected to be delivered within 2-4 working days.

iPad SIM Card Deals For £7.50 At Three.co.uk/iPad

Mobile operator Three (three.co.uk/iPad) is offering its iPad SIM card for just £7.50 a month as it looks to attract the thousands of Brits who have received an Apple iPad 3G this Christmas.

The £7.50 a month plan includes the Three iPad SIM card which when inserted into the iPad connects to the company’s award winning 3G network which offers mobile broadband speeds up to 7.2Mbps across 97% of the UK.
The plan, available on a rolling one month contract basis, comes with a 1GB monthly data allowance which is enough to send 1,000 emails, surf the Web for 10 hours, download 5 four minute videos and download 32 four minute music tracks.
Customers requiring more data can opt for Three’s 10GB iPad plan which costs £15 a month.
The 10GB plan, again available on a flexible one month contract, provides sufficient data to send around 7,000 emails, surf the Internet for 70 hours, download 35 four minute videos and download 224 four minute music tracks.

New iPad 3G owners not wanting any contract tie in can order one of Three’s pay as you go iPad plans.
For a one-off £10, users can purchase a pay as you go (PAYG) iPad SIM that comes pre-loaded with 1GB of data that lasts up to 30 days.
A PAYG iPad SIM with 3GB’s of data is also available for a one-off £20.
Users opting for pay as you go can easily top up when they run out of data allowance. Top ups cost £2 for 500MB, £10 for 1GB, £15 for 3GB and £25 for 7GB.
