Orange Price Promise For New Broadband Customers
Orange (www.orange.co.uk/broadband) has today launched an innovative Price Promise for new customers signing up to one of its Home Broadband and phone call packages.
The move sees the company commit to a unique Price Promise where customers will get the cost of their monthly Orange Broadband and Calls package automatically reduced should Orange offer their package at a lower rate in the future.
New customers signing up to the EE Home Broadband and offpeak calls package can currently receive their first 3 months free, followed by just £7.50 a month – provided they are an existing Orange mobile phone customer.
New customers who are not existing Orange mobile customers need only pay £12.50 a month for the broadband and calls package which offers speeds up to 20Mb, plus unlimited evening and weekend phone calls to UK landlines.
Commenting on the Price Promise launch, Orange’s Vice President of Home Broadband, Bruno Duarte, said: “We realise that times are financially hard for many and that several of our rivals are actually increasing the price of their service this New Year”.
Duarte continued: “We want to reassure our customers that we’ll do all we can to maintain our best value offers, and what better way than with a price commitment that really does show we mean it”.
