O2 Offers Mobile Broadband With Free Laptops

Mobile telecoms giant O2 is now offering a range of mobile broadband and free laptop packages following a tie up with electronics manufacturer Samsung.

There are two free Samsung laptops to choose from that are available on either a 3Gb or 10Gb O2 mobile broadband tariff that includes unlimited Wi-Fi access.

The Samsung NC10 is an ultra portable mini laptop netbook that weighs just 1.3Kg. Ideal for mobile broadband use, it also packs a punch with a 160Gb hard drive and 1Gb memory.

This netbook has a 10.2″ widescreen display, webcam, bluetooth and Windows XP Home Edition. Available on a 24 month contract and with O2 Mobile Broadband speeds of up to 3.6Mb, this mobile broadband and free laptop package costs just £29.38 a month and includes a free O2 USB modem stick and 3Gb of data allowance.

The second O2 free laptop is the high performance Samsung R510. This has a 15.4″ WXGA widescreen display, together with 160Gb hard drive and 2Gb memory. It has an Intel Pentium dual core processor, plus webcam.

This O2 broadband and free laptop package costs £29.38 a month on a 3Gb O2 tariff or £39.15 on a 10Gb O2 tariff. Mobile broadband speeds are up to 3.6Mb and a free USB modem stick is also included.

Both free laptop packages include free delivery and a 14 day return guarantee.
