TalkTalk (TalkTalk.co.uk) has brought back its web exclusive 12 months half price broadband and calls offer, which makes its Essentials package just £3.25 a month for the year.
New customers can also qualify for free broadband connection, saving an additional £30, by placing their order online at the TalkTalk.co.uk website.
TalkTalk’s 12 month half price incentive applies to both its Essentials and Plus broadband and call packages, both of which provide broadband speeds up to 24Mbps.
TalkTalk Essentials, at £3.25 per month for the duration of the 12 month contract, comes with a 40GB broadband usage allowance, plus unlimited evening & weekend phone calls to UK landlines.
TalkTalk Plus, at £7.25 a month for the length of the 12 month contract, offers an unlimited broadband usage allowance together with unlimited anytime phone calls to UK landlines.
Both packages offer inclusive calls to 0845/0870 numbers while TalkTalk’s new online security package, TalkTalk HomeSafe, is also included.
New customers switching to TalkTalk for this offer will also need to switch their telephone line rental from their existing supplier to TalkTalk.
To help with this, TalkTalk are currently offering free connection (saving £50) to new customers requiring a new TalkTalk phone line, while the ongoing monthly line rental is £13.80 a month.

Plusnet (www.plus.net/12months) has unveiled a 12 months half price broadband offer which reduces its popular Plusnet Value Broadband & Calls package to just £3.24 a month for the duration of the contract.
Plusnet Value Broadband provides up to 20Mbps broadband download speeds together with a 10GB monthly usage allowance, free wireless router and around the clock technical support from a UK based call centre.
The phone calls element of the package enables customers to make unlimited evening and weekend phone calls to UK landlines and 0845/0870 numbers.
New customers switching to Plusnet for this deal will need to switch their phone line rental to Plusnet in order to qualify.
Plusnet telephone line rental costs £11.99 a month, which is cheaper than many of its competitors like TalkTalk (£12.60 p/m), Virgin Media (£13.90 p/m), Sky (£12.25 p/m) and BT (£13.90 p/m).
